CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Policies Thank you for choosing Lash Haven 777! To Ensure every client receives the best experience possible,please review the following policies. Lash Extension Age Policy: Lash Haven 777 provides lash extension services to clients 18 years of age and older only. At this time, I do not accept appointments for minors, regardless of parental or guardian consent. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens, and I completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. I understand emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable and reserve your appointment time. Deposits are valid for up to two reschedules and must be used within 60 days of the original appointment date. Appointments rescheduled more than twice or beyond the 60-day window will require a new deposit. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service safely and without impacting the next scheduled client. In these cases, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments. Guests & Children To provide a relaxing experience for everyone and maintain a safe working environment, I kindly ask that only the scheduled client attend the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
